Guidelines for Abstract Submission

Abstracts can be submitted only via the online submission system. Abstracts received via email will not be considered.

Abstract must be in US English.

The deadline for abstract submission is at 23:59 CEST on April 15, 2025.

 

To submit an abstract, please register your personal data to create an account by clicking on “New User’” and completing the data form.

After creating the account, please click on “Submit an abstract” to enter the submission section, from which you will be able to submit an unlimited number of abstracts.

Submitters are considered to be the corresponding authors. Please ensure that the email provided for the abstract submission is accurate as all correspondences will be sent via email.

Corresponding authors will be notified about the outcome of the evaluation, and will be responsible for forwarding the information to other authors.

 

To complete the submission, the following information will have to be selected/inserted in addition to upload the “extended abstract template” which is available on the “Call for abstract” congress webpage.

 

  • PRESENTATION TYPE: Please choose your preferred type of presentation between Oral Communication and Poster
  • AUTHORS/AFFILIATIONS: you may enter up to 20 authors in the list of authors and 10 affiliations. The presenting author must be included in the authors list included in the submitted abstract. The names of authors will be published as listed on the submission form. Please make sure you have entered the full list of authors. The authors’ order and details (names, affiliations, cities, countries) will be published as entered in the form.
  • TOPIC: Please indicate the chosen Technical Session.
  • TITLE: The title should not exceed 300 characters. Please do not use abbreviations and expand all acronyms. The entire title will be capitalized.
  • ABSTRACT TEMPLATE: Please download the extended abstract template on this congress website.
  • KEYWORDS: Please include up to 5 free-text keywords.

 

3FOMLIG allows the submission of abstracts for original contributions to the field only.

 

Once submission is complete, submitters will receive a confirmation email with a Tracking code: please mention it in any possible correspondence regarding the abstract.

Submitters will be able to edit their abstract/s at any time before the submission deadline by accessing with their account.

 

Abstracts will be accepted according to scientific merit. The final selection of abstracts to be presented orally during 3FOMLIG will be made by the Scientific Committee by July 31, 2025.

 

Registration to 3FOMLIG is compulsory by August 31, 2025 for the abstract to be included in the 3FOMLIG final program and abstract book.
