We are contacting you regarding the Third Workshop on the Future of Machine Learning in Geotechnics – 3FOMLIG, scheduled for October 15-17, 2025 in Florence, Italy. 3FOMLIG follows the success of previous events, bringing together researchers, practitioners, industry representatives, and students from around the world to explore the transformative potential of machine learning in geotechnical engineering and geosciences. The event will include invited presentations, technical sessions, panel discussions and networking opportunities, with the goal of fostering collaboration and innovation at the intersection of artificial intelligence and geosciences. Academia sponsorship packages

Academic institutions can sponsor 3FOMLIG by covering the registration fee for undergraduate and/or graduate students (€500 early bird fee before July 15; €600 full registration fee thereafter). The following packages are available: 

• Academia Platinum Sponsor (registration of 8 or more students): recognition during keynote sessions; speaking opportunity (3 min) during the icebreaker event on October 15; prominent logo placement on 3FOMLIG website and all event materials.
• Academia Gold Sponsor (registration of 5 to 7 students): recognition during keynote sessions; prominent logo placement on 3FOMLIG website and all event materials.
• Academia Silver Sponsor (registration of 2 to 4 students): prominent logo placement on 3FOMLIG website and all event materials.
