Registration will close on Tuesday, October 14 2025 at 16:00 CEST. From this date only onsite registrations will be accepted.

Registration fee includes: Congress kit, access to the scientific sessions, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks and working lunch as indicated in the programme and Social Dinner.

Payments

The payment of the registration fee can be done as follows:

  • BY CREDIT CARD. All major credit cards are accepted (VISA, Eurocard/Master Card).

    Please state the name of participant and the name of the conference and send copy of bank transfer by email to: fomlig2025.reg@aimgroup.eu

    Payments by bank transfer will be possible until Friday, September 26, 2025. From Saturday, September 27, 2025 only credit card payment will be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation should be notified to the Organizing Secretariat AIM Group International in writing only. The registration fees less than 25% administrative charges will be refunded if the cancellation is announced before September 15, 2025. After this date no refund will be possible. Refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress.

Unexpected Cancellation of the Event or Impossibility to Hold it

In the unlikely case that the FOMLIG 2025 cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, pandemic, acts of any government, etc.) the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.

Visa

Depending on their citizenship, delegates may need to obtain a visa before coming to Italy.
It is the delegate’s responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for Italy and to apply for a visa, if necessary.

It is highly recommended to apply in due time, as the visa-issuing procedures could take up to 120 days.

To support visa requests, the Organizing Secretariat provides the following documentation:

  • An invitation letter addressed to the visa applicant and a visa request letter addressed to the Italian Embassy, both signed by the CEO of AIM Group International
  • Chamber of Commerce Company Registration
  • ID of the CEO of AIM Group International

The documentation must be downloaded by the delegate from their personal area, after registering their data on the Congress platform.

Please note that:

  • Submission of the required documentation does not automatically guarantee visa issuance.
  • The Organizers and/or the Organizing Secretariat will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants.
  • The invitation and visa request letters are not legally or financially binding on the Organizing Secretariat. Expenses related to the conference shall be borne by delegates themselves.
