Registration Fees

Registration will open within January 31, 2025.

Registration will close on Thursday October 9, 2025. From this date only onsite registrations will be accepted.

 

Registration fee includes: Congress kit, access to the scientific sessions, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks and working lunch as indicated in the programme.

  • BY CREDIT CARD. All major credit cards are accepted (VISA, Eurocard/Master Card).

Payments by bank transfer will be possible until Friday, September 26, 2025. From Saturday, September 27, 2025 only credit card payment will be accepted.

 

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation should be notified to the Organizing Secretariat AIM Group International in writing only. The registration fees less than 25% administrative charges will be refunded if the cancellation is announced before September 15, 2025. After this date no refund will be possible. Refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress.

 

Unexpected Cancellation of the Event or Impossibility to Hold it

In the unlikely case that the FOMLIG 2025 cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, pandemic, acts of any government, etc.) the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.

Visa

Depending on your citizenship, you may need to obtain a visa before coming to Italy.

It is the delegate’s responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for Italy and to apply for a visa, if necessary.

The conference organizers and/or the Organizing Secretariat will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants.

Visas should be requested up to 4 months before departure as the application process can take several weeks.

The official VISA letter and invitation to the conference can be downloaded through your personal page at registration area of the conference website. The VISA letter will not be legally or financially binding on the Organizing Secretariat. Expenses related to the conference shall be borne by delegates themselves.

We invite you to download the visa and invitation letter together with the ID Card of the Inviting host (C.I.) and together with our Chamber of Commerce Registration Paper (VISURA ACT). Those 2 enclosures are mandatory for Visa application.
